returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days

products, we do not offer exchanges. Instead, we provide store credit once the returned item
is received and inspected. Each purchase is eligible for store credit only once. To initiate
a return for store credit, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of
receiving your product. Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original
packaging and condition. Any items returned that do not meet these criteria will not be
eligible for store credit. Return Process: To request a return for store credit, please

unless the return is due to a defect or an issue with the product. In such cases, we will
provide a prepaid shipping label. If using a prepaid shipping label provided by us, the cost
of return shipping ($7.50 USD) will be deducted from the store credit amount. Restocking
Fee: A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the store credit for all returned items
that are not defective or damaged. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and
