RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only . Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS


All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS


To return an item, please email customer service at contactme@hermoinee.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number,  place the item securely in its original packaging , and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return . Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return .  We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS


The following items cannot be returned:

     ●     A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns .
     ●  Refunds and Store Credits: Refund Requests: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis by CCBill’s Consumer Support department. We are committed to addressing each request with the utmost care and consideration to ensure customer satisfaction. Store Credit Policy: Due to the unique and personalized nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. Instead, we provide store credit once the returned item is received and inspected. Each purchase is eligible for store credit only once. To initiate a return for store credit, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your product. Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Any items returned that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for store credit. Return Process: To request a return for store credit, please contact us at contactme@hermoinee.com with your order details and reason for return. Our support team will provide you with further instructions. All return packages must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date to be eligible for store credit. Once the returned item is received and inspected, please allow up to 30 days for the processing of the store credit. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an issue with the product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. If using a prepaid shipping label provided by us, the cost of return shipping ($7.50 USD) will be deducted from the store credit amount. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the store credit for all returned items that are not defective or damaged. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and processing the returned items.
